  In my entire life I have never, ever come across such unprofessional, incompetent crap! My son received food stamps due to an injury and when it came time to re-certify, we did. Filled out the forms and mailed them back. His case was never updated so I did it again online. I received a confirmation number and everything was done. Their website messaged that they would try to process it within 3 days. Weeks later...NOTHING! I called and the woman told me that they had no information on my son and I should fill out a new application. I did. NO RESPONSE. I called again and they instructed me to repeat the same thing I've already been through. I did. I received a letter for an interview schedule to take place on September 7, 2016 ONLY I got the letter on September 12, 2016! What the??? What the heck are they doing in this place?

  Very poor rating. I'm a retired 67 years old with a disability. I had a bad experience dealing with the Hemet Office. On September 2016 was the time for my re-certification for the food stamps. I went to the office 3 times, on 3 different days, in the last visit, the office worker gave me a phone number to call, I did call several times but they never responded to my calls. Conclusion: In the Hemet Office, they look for typos or any error on the form you filled out, to deny your benefits. They DO NOT LOOK AT YOUR NEEDS, OR HOW TO HELP YOU. Just remember, there are other County Locations that might be able to help.

  Ugh. ......They only do what they do for that extra bonus. ... They get for taken them then the 4g's for each child they get adopted out how scandalous . Right.!!!!!
