- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The owners of this store need to retake customer service 101. They are both Impatient and have dismissive attitudes. They need to try a smile and act like they appreciate customers who visit their business. We went in for live scan finger printing and I actually thought I was back in military boot camp asking my drill sergeant a dumb question. You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Please note that many people who come into your store are not familiar with many of the services that are offered and will appreciate friendly and courteous help.
