  I went in the get a temp card because mine was stolen online over the weekend. There are no sign in sheets or numbers to take. I stood in the waiting area hoping I would get some help but the only person working for the bank helping people was having a long chat with an old couple and ignoring the rest of the people there. I get that you want to make people happy but there needs to be a balance. So after about 5 minutes of standing hoping to get this guys attention I sit down close to him and actually raise my hand like I was in school. He saw me and smiled assuming he understood what I was trying to convey so I lowered my hand. Well within the next 20 minutes about 5 people did the same thing. The only difference was he talked to all of them within a minute or two. But not me. I'm still waiting for him to make his rounds. Mind you I was there before all of these people. So on the 5th person I was pretty pissed off, I let out a gasp of frustration and an arm signal like "oh come on!". He then told me to "calm down". Well that really pissed me off too. When he finally got to me I told him why I was in and he asked me if I had made an appointment, I said no, and that the online service just told me to come in. He then said that because there were people with appointments that's why I was waiting. Here's the problem with that logic though, A) I was overhearing all of their conversations, only one of those people actually had an appointment. And B) Even if they did have appointments, there was no way to know who did or didn't have them and he still saw me last. So watching all these people get taken care of who had about a 2 minute wait and I'm going on 25-30 minutes was very irritating. I come to find out this person is actually the manager there. I will give him some credit because after seeing how annoyed I was he did finally apologize. I don't think he realizes how close I came to just closing out my account and taking my money to Wells Fargo or something. I've been to other banks that had a very easy system in place for this kind of thing. Why they don't have it here I just don't understand. I will probably avoid ever going back into this particular bank again. There's one out in Murrieta on Clinton Keith where I work that's amazing, I recommend going to that one.

  Every time I have gone to this bank, there are a lot of people and just 2 window cashiers open, no matter what day or time. I can see some of the bank staff behind the cashiers that are just chatting and doing nothing. But instead of opening another window they just ignore it. The other personal in the little stands are just sitting there doing the same, nothing! Today I went and they installed in front of the other windows 2 ATMs!! Are they trying to have an excuse to don't have any more windows open? Who knows but the tellers are very slow and chitchat a lot with the elderly instead of keep the people waiting in line moving. It is very frustrating and annoying. But unfortunately the other location in Hemet is the same. It takes 15 or more minutes to be able to take care of any business. It is not pleasant but frustrating.
